Stress - Symptoms, Causes and Management

Stress is inevitable in today's lifestyle with multiple demands and goals and limited time. This leads to a slow but definite adverse psychological and physiological effects. However, stress is not just manage, but it is quite possible to lead a completely stress-free life in the midst of the hurly burly hard day of modern day life.

Stress is not just one cause but several factors such as the 'job', 'school', and 'home' that can add pressure leads to stress. There is no conclusive medical evidence that stress can damage your heart and mind. Physical damage caused by stress may not be evident for years before they actually stress kills people at once. Most of us who suffer from stress can not be even aware that we do. If you maintain a stress journal, it might be easy to detect indicators of stress in you. Looking for signs such as unprovoked "loud and gruff reply," do not eat even when hungry, recurrent and persistent worrying, disturbed thinking, muddled emotions and thoughts, and insomnia, among others
