The Signs and Symptoms of Stress

1) Memory problems such as memory loss. This may be due to a reduced focus. Events happen around you, but you can not focus enough attention on them. So when time passes, you lose the memory of most, if not all of what happened.

2) Lack of concentration. This is one of the main causes of memory problems. Concentration is significantly led to a level where not remember things that happened it becomes very difficult.
