There is - increasing amounts of health problems, which on the surface can be explained away as the biological response of some kind. However, the truth is that there is a possibility that health problems can be attributed to stress conditions. This article looks at some of the health problems that may be caused by stress, and natural stress relief techniques that can be considered to combat the problem.

The causes of stress are quite easy to understand. Work pressures, relationship issues, financial worries - these are all factors that can lead to stress, anxiety or depression.
