the word 'stressed' is different from the Oxford dictionary as "a state of affairs demands the combination of physical injury or mental energy".

In medical parlance 'stress' is not the same as the disruption of body homeostasis. This demand for mind-body occurs when trying to deal with non-stop change in my life.

Therefore, every living being in constant exchange with their environment (eco), both physically and behaviorally.

What causes stress? Stress causes stress. These stressors can be physical or emotional.

They can even cause inside or outside. Events, situations, people, different stress.

The most common stressors in anyone's life changes, death, career change. Stressors can vary widely from person to person. What you can stress, stress can not be someone else.
