You've probably heard of the concept of different types of stress before. In general we distinguish between: a positive stress - eustress, and negative stress - distress. Positive stress or eustress is the very essence of having a good time at the workplace because it gives you the drive towards success and led to what sommonly called "flow".
The primary reaction is a reaction to the danger of what is called distres.Ljudske biology does not care more about getting any job, she just wants to fight or flee.
That's when they think about what you bite your co-worker/boss and can not concentrate on work more.

1st Remember the last time you got into some seriously unpleasant workplace stress ...
3rd Now shift the focus from the situation or person (well, I know from whence he amazed ...) for myself. Which of your belief systems play in this problem?
4th What are you afraid of? If you do not know, just a guess. What can you possibly fear? Make a list of options, without evaluation. It is not necessary. When a situation happens the next time you'll be able to spot more and more in the direction of his superiors is the most accurate.
5th Picture in your mind the worst possible outcome of the situation at hand.
6th What would you do with regard to the fact that the worst case scenario actually happened? Can you deal with this in any way?

Combine productivity and relaxation, simply to avoid destructive stress in the workplace - that could prove to be much more difficult task than it sounds. Eustress flow is looking to be happily productive at work.
