When it comes to stress, we all know the effect it has on the body and our health. Known to cause depression, high blood pressure, obesity, anxiety, and heart disease. What you May not know is that stress has a negative effect on our skin. When it comes to stress, unfortunately, no one is exempt. While some stress can be a good motivator to get things done, too much stress can be a big problem for your body inside and out.
