Remember when you were a kid and you can get to play 5 minutes early so exciting? it was only 5 minutes, but I treasured it for an extra 5 minutes to do what we liked. If you steal, even respecting and small amounts of time and start seeing them as opportunities for me-time, we May even start learning to love to wait.

Here are 10 ideas for things you can do with their small pockets of free 'waiting' time:

1 Visualise

This is like a dream purposeful day. Visualize the outcome you want to happen in your life as it actually happened, just as you wanted. Imagine every detail and make you feel to go along with such a good success. At a basic level, it just makes you feel good and reduce stress. On sub-conscious/spiritual level it will help us achieve this result in real life.

2 Go for a fast walk.

3 Listen to the CD / audio files

This is good for when you are stuck in traffic. Put on a CD or audio seminar that interests you, or a motivational speaker. Or just take the opportunity to listen to your favorite music or a comedian.

4 Rub on some hand lotion

Enjoy the smell of the lotion, the relief, if your skin is dry and pleasure can easily improve the look and feel of one of the most visible parts of your body.

5 Drink a glass of water

6 Apply lip balm and massage into your cuticles a

7 Breathe

Breathe deeply from the abdomen, then exhale with the "ahh" (everything is fine) sigh. Repeat this several times and feel your shoulders drop as you do. Once you get good at this you can do it without audible sound.

8 Read Magazine

9 Think of someone special to you - your spouse, child, friend, parent - and think about what you like about them. Think about the times that they did smile.

10 Keep up to now

just enjoy having a break in their schedule and work with your senses. Listen to the sounds around you, smell you notice, look at the details of things or into the distance, a touch of texture and something to give their full attention to it.

Often we can not change the amount of time we spend waiting. Instead of getting a wound over it, change the way you look at it and enjoy it as a mini-break. Think about how much personal things you can do while you're waiting for you usually feel you do not have time for. Indulge in this time only "be" without having to do anything for a moment. This way you will reduce stress, increase energy levels and find life more enjoyable.
