1 Fruits rich in vitamin C

Oranges are known for being very rich in vitamin C which helps to keep free radicals in check. These free radicals are released by your body when you're stressed out, more than usual. Vitamin C also helps in rejuvenating the body and protects against the cumulative effects of stress.

2 Green vegetables

Dark green vegetables such as broccoli and cabbage are known as the powerhouses of vitamins that help reduce the stress of the body.
