Teenage Stress

a teenager, not knowing, it is likely to reveal symptoms of stress. Believing that I am against the world, deal with physical and emotional changes in life can be very difficult for him. School life is one of the causes of stress in a teenager. Moving to a new school, having too much homework and too many schedule on sports and educational activities may lead to memory problems, lack of concentration and poor judgments, and negative thinking with constant care. At this point teen should be able to know what time management really can be difficult for her age.

Parents will be able to pass through adolescence, they often think they know everything and you've forgotten how if feels to be a teenager. Parents who are dealing with their own concerns, like getting a divorce, and what their young to worry about getting better grades because of expectations that teens feel isolated, depressed and generally unhappy. These stress symptoms are sometimes not noticed by the parents, but considered only as a normal mood swing among teenagers.

Other causes of stress among teenagers have romantic relationships, peer pressure and sibling rivalry or concerns. Puberty and attractiveness to the opposite sex are the things a new teenager. Overwhelmed with all physical changes and new emotional experiences, physical symptoms such as diarrhea or constipation, nausea, rapid heartbeat feels more in girls than boys.

Change in relationships with peers, due to pressure and sibling rivalry can make the teen desire for independence. In addition to aggressive behavior, the teen wants to experiment on new things ... drinking alcohol, smoking, or even to illegal drugs. These activities can lead to emotional stress symptoms such as irritability and anxiety. A less aggressive type of teenager, eating disorders, sleep disorders, procrastination and neglect of duty liability emotional symptoms that parents should look for in case of suspicion that their child is under stress.

Stress affects girls more than it affects boys and parents should be able to recognize symptoms of stress, because it makes these young teens helpless at some point.
