Some tips and a healthier way to deal with stress include:
• Try to avoid or reduce exposure to stressful situations. It is important to learn to say "no" because people are too willing to load up your plate with too many things to do. Sometimes we can not say 'no' heads, but we ask them to help us set realistic priorities and deadlines. Taking on more than you can handle is a reliable recipe for stress and anxiety. In this regard, it is also important to avoid people who are toxic and cause stress. Sometimes, we can not avoid them altogether, but try to limit the amount of time you are exposed to them.
• Manage your time better to reduce stress. Too often we do not allow enough time to get somewhere or do various tasks. It's hard to stay calm when we're spread too thin and running behind. So try not to overdo it and allow yourself enough time.
• Eat healthy. Did you know that stress levels may affect the food you eat? It is important to have a well balanced diet in order to enjoy reduced stress levels. Eat nutrient-rich, high fiber diet. Eat regularly throughout the day, and slows down and relax in your meals.
• Make time for fun. When you laugh, release pent-up anger and frustration. Smile more often and learn to expand your laughter and joy to others in need. Not only will it help them, will also help.
• Finally, learn to accept things I can not change. Many things in life are beyond our control, especially the behavior and actions of others. Instead of pointing out, learn to control how you react to others. However, for your sanity, to share their feelings with a trusted friend or therapist.
Aging is something that affects all of us, and we can not stop it. However, we can affect the progression of the way we approach and react to stress in our lives.
